About us

This website is operated by Bedline ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@bedline.co.uk.

Your order

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been accepted. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly, in which case we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

Made to order

Beds are made to your chosen size, fabric and colour. Please check your selections carefully before ordering. Product photos, including fabric previews, are for guidance and some are digitally created. Fabric colour and texture can vary slightly between batches and screens, so we recommend ordering free samples.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
