
Payments can be made by 3D Secure Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Delta cards,
you can also pay by cheque or bankers draft prior to delivery, all cheques
will require 6 working days for clearance. Please make cheques payable to
‘Bedline Limited’. Sorry but we do not accept cash payments.

Delivery
Our products are are delivered Free direct to your home within the
working days specified on the product page (Subject to delivery area).
Certain areas, due to their remoteness, will incur a surcharge of £20 per item. A list

Availability
All items are subject to availability. If the goods ordered are unavailable we
will contact you and give you the opportunity of a suitable alternative. We
will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject
to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes beyond our
control. Any delivery dates specified are approximate and we cannot take
responsibility for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by
any delay.
Damages
We recommend that all products should be inspected for damage prior to the
courier or manufacturer leaving your premises. If this not possible please
inspect the goods at your earliest convenience but within 48 hours of
delivery. After this period we are unable to accept claims for damages. We
will only accept the return of goods if they have not been used.
In the unlikely event of a product being damaged on delivery please contact us
immediately to enable us to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Faulty Goods
Claims regarding faulty goods will be subject to the terms and conditions of
the manufacturers warranty but this does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations and Returns
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract up to 7 working days after the
day of delivery for a full credit or refund less any applicable collection
charges.
If you do wish to withdraw from the contract you must notify us in writing
within the said time period to Bedline Limited, 105b London Rd,Leicester,LE2 0PF.
The goods must be unused and in their original packaging, if the product has
been unwrapped or removed from its packaging we cannot accept cancellation as
the goods are no longer classed as brand new boxed stock.
You must arrange the safe return of the goods within 14 days from the date of
receipt or alternatively you may request that we collect them, in either case
this will be at your own cost. Our collection charge is £40.
We will reimburse any amounts due within 30 days of notification of
cancellation provided the goods have been returned safely to our premises
within the said timescale. Once the goods have been inspected to our
satisfaction any return costs incurred will be deducted and we will refund the
remaining amount.
If you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your purchase at the point
of delivery, you will be charged the collection charge as stated, to cover
safe return of the products.
Disclaimer
Whilst we try our utmost to ensure the accuracy of our site we cannot be held
responsible for typographical errors, colour accuracy or image discrepancies.
We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price
whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already
been charged we will immediately issue a credit to your account equal to the
value of the original payment taken.

All dates and times given for delivery are given in good faith, we endeavour
to meet all agreed schedules, and however we cannot be held responsible for
any loss of time or monies resulting from delayed, missed or incorrect
deliveries.

All products are covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty however certain
brands carry a total of two years parts & labour warranty subject to the
customer registering with the manufacturer. Claims for promotional warranties
must be claimed for within the set time according to the Manufacturers
conditions.
